Order your sample
Your first garment goes in through Loom at sample pricing — validated against the factory’s rules before it ships overseas. Factory conversations run through SILD, our cross-border communication platform.

Delivery
Japan typically runs six to eight weeks; China four to six. Judge the make, then build on it.

Frequently asked questions
Can I try the make before committing?
Yes — that's how every partnership starts. Apply (or just chat with us), and during onboarding we'll set up your first sample garment in Loom at sample pricing. Judge the make with your own hands before you put it on a client.
Are there order minimums?
No. Order a single garment or a season’s worth. We built the program for independent clothiers, and independent clothiers don’t order in containers.
How does pricing work?
We publish our prices. Your cost is the make cost plus fabric: make cost + (fabric price per meter × standard usage), shipping included. Import duties are not included. No hidden fees, no negotiated tiers, no games. The full make-cost tables are on our pricing page.
What happens when prices change?
Pricing is reviewed periodically and does change from time to time. Increases are communicated to partners in advance, and orders already submitted are always honored at the price quoted at submission.
What is your remake policy?
If a garment doesn’t fit because of a production error, we remake it. If it doesn’t fit because of a measurement issue, we work the fit resolution with you and the factory directly — that’s one of the reasons we communicate with our factories in real time rather than through intermediaries.
What are the delivery times?
Tailored Japan garments typically deliver in six to eight weeks. Tailored China garments typically deliver in four to six weeks, depending on construction tier and season. Shirts generally run faster than tailored clothing in both programs. You’ll see current expectations at order time in Loom.
What do the construction tiers actually mean?
Half Canvas: a floating canvas through the chest and lapel, machine-sewn. Full Canvas: canvas through the full front, machine-sewn — better drape, longer life. Half Handmade: full canvas with the visible, structural details done by hand — collar, lapel padding, armholes. Full Handmade: bespoke-level handwork throughout the garment. Each step up buys drape, resilience, and longevity.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. Always. Your clients are yours — we never market to them, never contact them, and never will. We own the factory relationships and the platform; you own your book of business.
