This website describes our manufacturing programs and accepts partner applications and inquiries. Nothing on it constitutes an offer to sell to the public, and the programs described here are available only to approved retail partners.

Submitting a partner application does not create a partnership. All applications are subject to our review and approval, and we may accept or decline any application at our discretion. Approved partners are governed by the partner agreement they sign, which controls over anything on this site.

The prices shown on our pricing page are published in good faith and are subject to our published price-change policy. Prices may change over time, but orders already submitted are always honored at the price quoted when the order was placed.

The Canvas Apparel Group name, the CAG marks, and the content of this site — text, images, and design — belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time without notice.

In plain terms: this site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Canvas Apparel Group is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Obligations to our partners are set out in their partner agreements, not on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
